BERQ collects participant registration details (such as name, phone number, and programme type), responses submitted through reporting forms, verification photos attached to those forms, and a device token used to send app notifications and reminders.
Your information is kept confidential
Your personal information is treated confidentially and used only for programme follow-up and support.
Reporting uses combined data
Reports and analytics may use combined data, without showing individual personal details.
Accuracy matters
Participants are asked to provide accurate information so that support and reporting can reflect the real situation.
Where your data is stored
Your data is stored on secure servers managed by WFP Armenia's technical team, with access limited to authorized programme staff.
How long we keep your data
Your information is kept for as long as needed to support the programme and its reporting requirements, and is removed or anonymized when it is no longer needed for those purposes.
