BERQ

BERQ is WFP Armenia's programme operations platform. It connects WFP Armenia with the bakeries, schools, and cultivators it supports — tracking programme activities, collecting progress reports each reporting period, and sharing resources and updates with participants.

Who uses BERQ

Programme participants use the BERQ mobile app to submit forms about their activities, production, income, and resources, and to receive programme updates and reminders. WFP Armenia staff use the BERQ admin platform to monitor progress across the programme, manage participant records, and follow up on submissions and feedback.
